We manufacture all our chaises in our UK based factories.

What Guarantee comes with my chaise longue?
All our furniture is supplied fully assembled with a 1 year manufacturing guarantee subject to normal usage.
Can you manufacture a Chaise Longue in my own fabric?
It is possible to have a Chaise Longue manufactured in your own fabric. If you wish to do this please contact our office and we will let you know how much fabric we would need. All that we will need is a UK fire certificate sending with any fabric that you supplied.
What cushion fillings do you use?
Our cushions are filled with foam and our bolster cushions are filled with virgin polyester fibre.

We do not have a printed catalogue all the information needed is on this website. However should you have any further questions please feel free to contact us.
Can I get free fabric samples?
You can order up to six fabric samples free of charge. Go to our Free Fabric Swatches page choose your six choices and we will send them out straight away.

How can I pay?
Payment on thechaiselonguecompany.co.uk can be made with any major credit or debit card through our payment partner. As an alternative you can also pay at checkout through Paypal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Once we have received your order we will send a confirmation email. Please note the office is open Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is FREE to UK Mainland postcodes.
How long does order to delivery take?
Our Chaise longues are made to order. We aim to deliver all chaises with 28 days from order. Should you need your sofabed quicker we will do our best to assist you.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
It is possible to have a chaise longue delivered outside the UK. Should you wish to do this please call us on 01606 594404.

Can I cancel an order?
If you wish to cancel an order that has not been shipped, please call the office and we will do our best to help you.
Can I return an order?
All the furniture that we manufacture is bespoke made to your individual specification.
Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you normally have the right to cancel a contract within seven days – starting from the day after you take delivery of goods (a “cooling off period”). However due to the nature of a sofa bed, and for hygiene reasons, and as our sofa beds are all cut and made to order the seven day rule does not apply. This is as per rule 3:38 of the Guide for Businesses on Distance Selling, dated September 2006
However, should you wish to return your chaise longue we will accept this within 14 days of delivery. There will though be a restocking fee of 60% which will be deducted from your refund as well as any delivery costs incurred. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.
Can I collect from the factory myself?
Yes, you can. If you want to arrange this please call us and we will arrange this to suit you.
